The institute adheres to the Juvenile Justice Care and Protection of Children Act 2015, ensuring compliance with all legal and child welfare standards.

The Story Behind the Activity

Kaumudalaya Children Home was established in response to the growing number of vulnerable and specially-abled children in Assam who lacked access to basic care and protection. The founders recognized the urgent need for a dedicated space where these children could find safety and opportunities to thrive. With the support of the State Child Protection Society, the home began its journey to transform the lives of children by addressing their unique needs and fostering their growth. Today, it stands as a pillar of hope and a testament to the power of collective effort in creating a brighter future for children in need.
